Numeric Transform

    This transform provides the ability to scale, rotate, and position shape and point selections.

    If "Absolute all frames" option for positioning is checked, selected shapes or points in other frames are positioned exactly as selected shapes or points in the current frame. If this option is unchecked, selected shapes or points in other frames are moved in the same amount that the selection in the current frame is moved.
